At the start of the game in Denver the
Redskins got the opening drive and went three and out. That led to a touchdown
pass from Peyton Manning to Wes Welker. The score was the same seven zero
Broncos until late in the second quarter the Redskins made a powerful ninety
five yard drive which led a touchdown pass from RgIII to Leonard Hankerson.
Early in the third quarter the score was still 7-7 until Redskin Brian Orakpo
forced a fumble on Manning. Later Peyton was intercepted by Deangelo Hall and
he returned that for a touchdown. Then the Broncos quickly scored two
touchdowns one early in the fourth quarter to tie the game up at 21-21. Then
the Broncos took over scoring 24 more points, making Kirk Cousins take over for
RgIII.
