Redskins vs. Broncos, October 27, 2013


At the start of the game in Denver the Redskins got the opening drive and went three and out. That led to a touchdown pass from Peyton Manning to Wes Welker. The score was the same seven zero Broncos until late in the second quarter the Redskins made a powerful ninety five yard drive which led a touchdown pass from RgIII to Leonard Hankerson. Early in the third quarter the score was still 7-7 until Redskin Brian Orakpo forced a fumble on Manning. Later Peyton was intercepted by Deangelo Hall and he returned that for a touchdown. Then the Broncos quickly scored two touchdowns one early in the fourth quarter to tie the game up at 21-21. Then the Broncos took over scoring 24 more points, making Kirk Cousins take over for RgIII.
